Event Description:
Leadership Creek County is a county wide program designed to identify leaders, develop their leadership skills and equip them to assume leadership roles within their local communities.
The Leadership Creek County program consists of 7 three-hour sessions, a full day at the state capitol, field experience and a graduation ceremony.
The Curriculum focuses on leadership skills, training, general information about Creek County, and challenges facing the county.
This year’s schedule is as follows:
February 26th – Introduction
March 26th - State Capitol (all day)
April 23rd – Education, Wine, Dine
May 21st – Creek Co. History Hunt
June 15th - Local Government
July – No Meeting
August 27th – Law Enforcement
September 24th – Human Needs &
Services/Health
October 22nd— Economy
November—TBA
January 2016 – Graduation
