Kristi Spaethe, SHRM-CP, PHR
President - The People Perspective, LLC

Kristi Spaethe is the Owner, Founder, President and Principal Consultant of The People Perspective. With 18 years’ experience in “all things HR”, Kristi’s past experience includes companies such as QuikTrip, Solvay, NORDAM and SBS Industries. Kristi specializes in employee training, organizational development, leadership development, and customized HR solutions. She is a dynamic public speaker and trainer.
Kristi earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on human resources development from Northeastern State University and has earned both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP certifications. She was awarded the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association President’s Award in 2016, the Richard R. Messer Excellence in Human Resources award in 2019 and the Oklahoma Human Resources Award of Excellence in 2020.
Kristi continues to learn and serve in the HR community by volunteering her time in organizations such as the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association, where she served as President in 2018 and OKHR, where she currently serves as the State Director. Additionally, Kristi has served on the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and currently serves on the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She is also a mentor and subject matter expert with SCORE Tulsa.
