Sapulpa area businesses began passing out the winning tickets on Nov. 7. So watch for yard signs, posters, and updates on Facebook and the Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce Web-site.
Participating merchants will hand out tickets from Nov. 7 and on Thursday, Dec. 15, the winning $10,000 ticket will be drawn, along with various, smaller cash drawings.
