Zumba Gold is a lower impact, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness-party that keeps you in the groove of life. Great for the older active adults and beginners. No equipment needed, just show up with water to drink, comfortable shoes and clothing. These classes improve energy, endurance, stability issues and mobility. All classes are at your own pace. This program will be continuous. It will start on September 8th at 11am. Continued classes on Tuesday and Friday at 11am!! Try it out for free. Pricing after initial class is $5 per class or an auto draft monthly at $25. All classes are located at Fit Sapulpa 501 W. Dewey, Sapulpa, OK 74066
